All payments must be made in advance. A cancellation fee of $180 will be charged if the service is disconnected within 6 months. Exit fee of $80 is charged when canceling service - 1 Months notice is required for cancellation by either surface mail or fax. By submitting this form you are accepting our Terms and Conditions. Enter your home phone number including area code, either a home or mobile contact is required for your application to be approved.

Enter your existing email address - this will be used to send your password details if required.

Enter your drivers license number, followed by the state it was issued in, for example: 63584621-QLD. This is used for verification, however a medicare card / credit card can also be used.

If you are requesting an ADSL connection please enter the phone number the ADSL will be connected to. If you are unsure of your phone number please refer to your telecommunications bill. Alternatively dial 12722123 from your phone.

Enter the name your phone service is connected with, as it appears on your phone bill.

Select Yes if there is an existing ADSL connection on the phone number provided.

Select your preferred plan from the list below. Mobile Techs can create a custom plan to suit your situation, for more information please contact our support line on 1300 644 588.

ADSL Line Setup Fee (Required)

Please select any hardware you may require, multiple items can be selected.

Please select your preferred method of setup, a Mobile Techs administrator can come to your premises and configure your new service ready for use. For connections outside of our support area's please contact Mobile Techs to arrange shipping of your device.

For ADSL customers, please enter your preferred username. This will also be your email address eg. username@quikweb.net.au.
