ISPAU reserves the right to at any time suspend
or terminate provision of service if your actions are deemed
unacceptable by our company. Actions of this nature include:
"hacking", "ICMP" "Denial of Service"
attacks, "flooding", "spamming", or any
other type of harassment. Any form of exploit/attack, local
or remote, is not permitted to be stored, compiled, or run from
any account on our system. The storage of pirated software (warez)
is NOT allowed on our servers. This includes "mp3s",
"isos", "vcds", and other illegal software.
Failure to comply with these terms will result in immediate
termination of your account. Furthermore, engaging in the listed
activities is highly illegal, and we are legally required to
disclose any and all information relating to the activities
to the relevant law enforcement agencies.
ISPAU currently accepts payment through several
options. Your account is activated at the time we receive your
payment. Billing of services paid for by the customer starts
at the time when the account is activated (the time we receive
payment). Invoices are to be paid on or by the date on the invoice
via one of our accepted options. Failure to do so may result
in your account being terminated without notice. Payment must
be received on or before your due date. If we do not receive
payment by the due date we will suspend your account until payment
is received. Refunds will only be available on a case-by-case
basis.
ISPAU does not give out any information about
our customers to any commercial third party. We reserve the
right to disclose personal information pertaining to our customers
to relevant law enforcement agencies if requested. Furthermore,
we reserve the right to monitor activities on our servers. We
will also use given information to verify account holders if
and when needed.
Account sharing on ISPAU is prohibited. Sharing
of accounts by more than one other person may result in termination
of your service. Furthermore, if any questions or problems arise
and your account was being shared, it is automatically terminated
unless otherwise stated by an administrator. In case of any
illegal actions, any information regarding all people accessing
the account, including the owner, will be forwarded to relevant
agencies.
ISPAU reserves the right to change prices, policies,
and configurations of any and all accounts when deemed necessary.
Such changes will not be retroactive in nature.
ISPAU
will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer.
ISPAU makes no warranties of any kind, explicit or implied,
for the services we provide. ISPAU disclaims any warranty of
merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This includes
loss of data resulting in delays, no deliveries, wrong delivery,
and any and all service interruptions caused by ISPAU and its
employees. ISPAU reserves the right to change its policies at
any time without prior notification.
Any violation
of this policy represents a breach of your contract with us,
and your account will be removed from our system without warning.
By purchasing services from ISPAU, it is implied that you have
read, understood, and agree to comply with this policy, unless
you are legally prohibited from entering such a contract, in
which case non-compliance with the spirit of this policy is
grounds for termination of service.
