We repair it while you watch, on-site or in real time remotely, and show you easy ways to maintain your computer so the same problem is less likely to come back.

Aftercare

Need us again? Discounted prepaid support blocks are available, and businesses can move to a Managed IT contract with proactive monitoring and after-hours emergency access.

How Billing Works

Simple and transparent: remote and phone support is billed in 15-minute increments, so a quick fix costs a quick-fix price. On-site visits are billed for the first hour, then in 30-minute increments. Current rates are below — we accept Visa and Mastercard, and discounted prepaid remote support blocks are available if you’d like support on standby.
