Managed Service Provider (MSP) — Your IT Department, Without the Payroll

Your growing business needs reliable IT to support it, but most small and medium businesses can’t justify a full-time IT department. A Mobile Techs Managed Service contract gives you one for a predictable monthly cost: your computers, servers and network proactively monitored, patched and protected around the clock, with unlimited remote support whenever someone needs a hand. Since 2008 we’ve been the IT department for Gold Coast businesses that don’t like surprises.

Managed IT flips the model from break-fix to prevention. Instead of paying by the hour after something fails, our systems watch your fleet 24/7 and resolve most problems before they interrupt anyone’s day — and you always know exactly what IT will cost this month. New to the cloud or moving across? We also handle full Microsoft 365 setup and configuration — and every managed contract includes ongoing management of your Microsoft 365 tenant.

What’s Included in Every Service Contract

Unlimited Remote Support

Unlimited business-hours remote support for every device on your contract — log a request by phone or email and a technician takes it from there. No counting tickets, no watching the clock.

24/7 Monitoring & Automation (RMM)

Our Remote Management and Monitoring software watches every covered machine around the clock. Critical errors automatically raise a service ticket — and our automation server resolves many of them before anyone notices.

Malwarebytes EDR Included

Malwarebytes Endpoint Detection & Response on every covered Windows and Mac device — protection policies block malicious software before it runs, with low-impact scans scheduled when your machines are idle.

Daily Patching & Maintenance

Windows, Microsoft Office and browser updates applied daily, plus automated malware remediation, drive clean-up and optimisation, and full hardware and software auditing.

After-Hours Emergency Line

Your nominated contacts receive a toll-free number and personal PIN that connects them straight to the on-call technician’s mobile at any hour — no answering service in between. After-hours rates apply.

Priority On-Site & Hardware Discounts

When a job needs hands on hardware, contract clients get priority on-site scheduling (billed at standard on-site rates) — plus discounted pricing on servers, laptops, desktops and network equipment.

Guaranteed Response Times

Every service ticket is triaged by priority, with committed response times written into your agreement — not vague promises:

PrioritySituationRemote ResponseOn-Site Response
P1Service down — all users affected (e.g. server offline)Within 1 hourWithin 3 hours
P2Significant degradation — many users or business-critical functions affectedWithin 2 hoursWithin 4 hours
P3Limited degradation — some users or functions affected, business continuesWithin 8 hoursWithin 48 hours
P4Small degradation — one user affected, business continuesWithin 24 hoursWithin 72 hours

Response times shown are for business hours; after-hours commitments are set out in your agreement. For same-day service on P3 and P4 issues, tickets should be logged before 4pm.

Managed Services Pricing

Simple per-device monthly pricing, billed monthly in advance on a 12-month agreement. Every covered device gets the full inclusions above — support, monitoring, EDR protection and daily patching.

Keeping Your Fleet Supportable

To keep every covered device secure and reliably supportable, managed service clients agree to a few sensible standards: equipment under 10 years old (with servers under an active hardware warranty), vendor-supported operating systems kept up to date, genuine licensed software, a supported hardware firewall between your network and the internet, and encrypted Wi-Fi. If your network isn’t quite there yet, that’s fine — we’ll get you there as part of onboarding.
