A technician connects remotely or comes to you, finds the cause, and explains what’s wrong and what it will cost in plain English — before any work goes ahead.
Fix It — With You, Not At You
We repair it while you watch, on-site or in real time remotely, and show you easy ways to maintain your computer so the same problem is less likely to come back.
Aftercare
Need us again? Discounted prepaid support blocks are available, and businesses can move to a Managed IT contract with proactive monitoring and after-hours emergency access.
How Billing Works
Simple and transparent: remote and phone support is billed in 15-minute increments, so a quick fix costs a quick-fix price. On-site visits are billed for the first hour, then in 30-minute increments. Current rates are below — we accept Visa and Mastercard, and discounted prepaid remote support blocks are available if you’d like support on standby.
- Phone / Remote Support (Business Hours) $35/15 Minutes
Remote / Phone support is billed in 15 Minute increments.
- Phone / Remote Support (After Hours) $45/15 Minutes
Remote / Phone support is billed in 15 Minute increments.
- On-Site - Standard (Business Hours) $180/Hour
On-Site services are billed for the first hour then 30 minute increments.
- On-Site - Emergency (Business Hours) $220/Hour
On-Site services are billed for the first hour then 30 minute increments.
- On-Site - After Hours / Weekends $260/Hour
On-Site services are billed for the first hour then 30 minute increments.
