For customers on a Business Support Contract we offer after-hours emergency support through our own internal VoIP infrastructure. Contract customers are provided a toll-free 1800 number and a PIN to access the system — once authenticated you are forwarded directly to your preferred technician, no matter what time of day or night.
How much will downtime cost your business? Common computer problems such as hard drive crashes, data corruption, virus infections and spyware can bring your office to a screeching halt. Mobile Techs can provide cost-effective maintenance solutions to ensure your business remains operational.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. Discounted prepaid remote support blocks are available — ask when booking.
