Mobile Techs comes to your door across the Gold Coast and Brisbane, or connects remotely anywhere in Australia. We handle computer repairs, troubleshooting, large network fit-outs and VoIP installations.

For customers on a Business Support Contract we offer after-hours emergency support through our own internal VoIP infrastructure. Contract customers are provided a toll-free 1800 number and a PIN to access the system — once authenticated you are forwarded directly to your preferred technician, no matter what time of day or night.
Hard drive crashes, data corruption, virus infections and spyware stop an office working for hours or days. Our maintenance plans are built to catch those problems before they cost you a day of trading.

On-Site services are billed for the first hour then 30 minute increments.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. Discounted prepaid remote support blocks are available — ask when booking.
