Workshop Repairs — By Appointment Only
Some jobs need more than an on-site visit can offer: complex hardware faults, liquid damage, full system rebuilds, extensive malware cleanups, or upgrades that take bench time to do properly. For those, we take your computer into the workshop — diagnosed, repaired, tested, and returned to you working.
Workshop repairs are strictly by appointment — please call 1300 644 588 or make a booking first. There’s no walk-in counter; drop-off addresses are provided when you book.
How Your Computer Gets to Us
Drop Off — Pimpama
Northern Gold Coast drop-off point. By appointment only — the address is provided when you book.
Drop Off — Macleay Island
Bay Islands drop-off point. By appointment only — the address is provided when you book.
After an On-Site Visit
If additional repairs or upgrades are identified during an on-site appointment, your technician can take the machine into the workshop and return it when the work is complete.
What We Handle in the Workshop
- Hardware diagnosis and component replacement
- Laptop screens, keyboards, batteries and hinges — all major brands
- Liquid damage assessment and cleaning
- SSD and memory upgrades, and full system rebuilds
- Deep virus and malware cleanups that need bench time
- Data recovery work on failing or damaged drives
Every workshop job is tested before it comes back to you, and — as with all our services — we’ll explain what was wrong and what we did in plain English. Once repairs are complete we’ll arrange collection from your drop-off point, or your technician can return the machine to you.

On-Site services are billed for the first hour then 30 minute increments.
